Topproperty Services emergency contact
Topproperty have an emergency contact number for serious issues that occur out of normal out of hours times. These are for properties that are fully managed by Topproperty Services. In cases where we provided a tenant find service, or the landlord has provided their own contractor details on the front page of your tenancy agreement, please ensure you contact the landlords emergency contact. In cases where a contractor is called out for a property not managed by Topproperty Services you will be liable for any call out charge.
In some emergency cases we are not the appropriate first contact point.
Police matters – burglary, criminal damage etc
For police and fire brigade call 999. For matters that the police wwould not consider an emergency please contaact 101.
Fire
In case of fire, call the fire brigade on 999 immediately. Please follow up with call to our emergency number below.
Smell of gas
If you smell gas, call Transco immediately on 0800 111 999 from outside the property.
All other emergencies
Emergencies are considered matters that affect the safety of life or the structure or security of the property. This can include a broken down front or back door, major leak, etc.

Please note that if you are calling late at night the contractor may not respond immediately – if you do not get a callback within 5 minutes please send a text to follow up then call again after 15 minutes.
Non urgent maintenance
All other issues, please go to www.topproperty-services.com, click on Tenant Area and Report A Repair to raise a maintenance issue.
