New licensing scheme announced!
Liverpool City Council have announced the approval of a new licensing scheme, which will start in April 2022 and will run for 5 years.

As with the previous scheme we will complete applications on behalf of all landlords with Topproperty Student Homes standing as Property License Holder. We plan to add a small amount to your float for each property we manage for you in January, February and March so when we apply in April you are not hit with a significant deduction.
