Our new phone system has arrived!
We now have upgraded to a new phone system (essentially the same backbone as the old system, but with some really handy extras.
This is set to massively improve how we can communicate with people.
What can it do?
Rather than being asked to pick from options, some of which might not be an exact match for what you need, or put you through the right person, you can now tell our AI assistant what you need. You can ask it to send a message to a member of staff – asking them to call you for example, you can confirm your property viewings, and you can cancel your property viewings. If you need to know how to report a repair, you can ask for a link to our online system. You can even get specific property details over the phone such as if a house includes a washer/dryer and includes bills, and we will send you a link automatically to the house you are interested in.
If it is an out of hours emergency you can let us know and it’ll message us immediately. If it is a locksmith it’ll even give you contact details for our out of hours assistant. As time goes on we will add functionality into this, including asking for an update on your tenancy applications, directly booking in viewings via the phone (no form to fill out!) and further improvements. This functionality is largely integrated into our online chat on the website as well, and it can answer all kinds of questions eg about utility allowances etc.
