RESERVE YOUR HOUSE FOR £70 EACH!
Holding deposits are capped at no more than one weeks rent.
When you apply for a house from the 1st May the deposit you will need to pay will be £70 each. The lead tenant will need to make this payment. We keep this holding deposit lower than the statutory maximum to keep things standard across all houses.
Once contracts are signed, you will need to pay the balance of the full deposit (the full amount minus the holding deposit of £70): The full deposits are:
- Students with guarantors: £300
- Students without guarantors: £350
- Tenants in room share HMO properties (letting by the room): and amount equivalent to one months rent.
