Important: Changes to paying rent!
Due to an increase in card payment processing fees, we will be ceasing to take RENT PAYMENTS via our online card payment service.
This will take effect from 1st April 2020.
Currently there are multiple sources for us to take rental payments in, and they all contribute to delays in us being able to reconcile our accounts. Some payments take longer than others to clear, and there are further delays until the card processor sends us the payments.
What do I need to do?
If you currently pay rent by Standing order, you don’t need to do anything. If you currently pay monthly (or quarterly) via card, you will need to make arrangements with your bank to set up a standing order. You may also be able to use the banking service provided by phone by your bank. Please contact us if you need bank details for payments.
