Demand for our student houses is very high, especially for the larger ones. We understand you will be keen to reserve a house, and we work hard to help make that happen.
How we can help
We have taken the step of doing a video tour and 360 property tour of the majority of our houses. This allows you to see a once through run of the house on video, as well as to explore the house in detail, by looking around the rooms, zooming in, etc. This will give you a real good feel for a property and know that you can reserve a house with the certainty of it being the right one for you. With these tools, you can pick the house you will love to be in for the next academic year, without the aggro of viewings, especially in these covid-19 times.When can I see the house?
You can reserve a house without seeing it, but you cannot sign the contract without at least one member of your group having seen it in person. This is to avoid dissapointment - it gives you the opportunity to see the property, as well as see beyond any dressing that may have been used to market the property. Therefore prior to prior to signing the contract you should visit the property to choose rooms and to take in the neighbourhood etc.. This will also give you the opportunity to raise any issues with us so we can do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.Steps to reserve

What if we change our mind or the situation changes?
You can exit from your application at any point up to contract signing. You will generally forfeit your Holding Deposit, depending on how much work has been done by us on your application. Once the contract is signed it is binding, however if there are individual changes of circumstance (particularly due to Covid-19) we will assist you in finding a replacement for your place in the tenancy.
