Required Conditions A response will normally be provided within 28 days of the request being submitted. If the Landlord approves this request, the following conditions will apply: By submitting this form, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following: • If consent is granted, the tenancy agreement may be varied to include a pet clause setting out the conditions under which the pet may be kept at the property. The fee for the tenancy variation is £50 inc VAT, payable by the tenant(s). • You agree to comply with all terms set out in the pet clause. • Where applicable, you will provide up to date evidence of vaccinations, microchipping, and flea and worm treatments. • Where the current deposit held is below the legal maximum permitted, you agree that the deposit may be increased so that the total deposit held is equivalent to five weeks’ rent, based on the weekly rent for the property. • You understand that this submission is a formal request for the Landlord’s consideration and that no pet may be kept at the property unless written permission has been granted. Declaration • I/we understand that Topproperty Lettings Ltd (T/A Topproperty Student Homes and Topproperty Services) acts as the Landlord’s agent and is not the decision maker in relation to this request.
