We have a new phone system!

We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our phone system to Wildix Unified Communications.

We have done this to cope with the increasing number of incoming calls, to better manage them and to improve our resourcing based on load times, as well as aid staff training through call recording.

Via the website Contact Us page, you can get through to front line staff. Other members of staff who are front facing have a “contact me” link in their emails. From here you can open up a window to talk directly to that person. This live chat is also on the website on the front page. The system also has a new SMS gateway, and all our viewings are being automatically notified via SMS when they book in, the viewers are also notified 24 hours in advance, and on the day of the viewing, and are able to confirm, cancel, or re-book the appointment quickly. This gives us a real time update on viewings, and if they cancel 24 hours in advance we can have time to re-book that appointment with someone else.
