Utility Bill Cap – 2022
Due to the changes to the cost of electricity and gas in the wholesale market, all consumers are seeing a rise in their utility bills. This is set to continue with the developing situation in Ukraine. This change to utility cost is a particular issue within the student market, and is something we have to adapt to.

Thinking of swapping suppliers?
You can seek advice on changing suppliers to get a better rate from the Martin Lewis website MoneySavingExpert. At the moment there is no definitive advice given the developing situation in Ukraine.
How do we manage this?
We rely on you to let us know if there has been an overspend situation. If you do pick up high usage, we can verify it with our online calculator. We will need recent copies of bills so any overspend can be recovered at the correct usage rate. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to let us know!
