Tenancy Renewal

Nothing to pay to re-apply!

No Fee, no deposit, although if someone else is joining you in the house they will need to pay the holding deposit of £70 when they apply and the balance of the deposit when the contract is signed.

Complete the online application form

You should complete the online application form - the same one (or similar) to when you first applied

Sign the contract!

Once we have received all the apps we will send out contract paperwork and guarantor paperwork. Once you've signed, the house is yours for next year!

As part of our application process we ask all tenants to read our privacy policy and to consent to us processing data. We rely on the Legitimate Interest basis for processing tenant and landlord data. As part of this they have given consent to us checking with prior landlords to obtain a suitable reference. If you require proof of this please let us know.
